This is called the play house, the family lived here while the castle itself was being constructed, a small bowling alley is in the basement, the family had theater shows here, and the place is totally destroyed on the inside because of the weather and vandals over the years. The Bridge Authority has plans to renovate after they have completed the main house.

Believe it or not, this small castle was built to house all the mechanical systems for the island, including bringing electricity to the island
This fountain overlooks the pump house -- never have anything ugly to look at!
And, this is the boat house just across the river from the castle -- the largest area was 150 long and has a ceiling of 64 feet to accommodate the masts of some of the visiting vessels.
