Collins Inlet Returning from Beaverstone

I know that I've mentioned this before, but Collins Inlet is really a wonderful passage between Killarney and Beaverstone Bay.
The passage in (and out of) Beaverstone is a bit harry, but with careful navigating and trust in those who placed the marks we know we will make it to the sharp left turn just before we reach those cliffs in front of us.

And then, you are magically into the inlet and beginning an enchanted twelve mile passage between granite cliffs where pines and other trees hang onto life.

At some points the inlet widens to allow grasses to grow along the banks -- and then beaver have made their homes. There probably is abundant wild life to see in the surrounding land, but darned if we saw anything.

Tomorrow we head to McGregor Bay and more enchantment.
