Am in Penetang -- Charlee has joined me, Cathy has left -- and we are getting ready to head out tomorrow morning to begin the exploration of Georgian Bay. Didn't know, or didn't remember, that this is a Canadian three day holiday, so we should have plenty of competition for anchorages.
Having trouble getting pictures posted -- but will continue to try -- and can't guarantee that we'll have any access as we move further away from civilization as we know it.
Minor hiccup along the way, lost my port throttle cable -- snapped right below the helm connection -- got it repaired right away (new cable) -- but it was interesting driving through rocks and narrow channels with only one engine!
Still having a blast!
